With the weather changing, so are the things we begin to wear on a daily basis. The sweaters, jackets and fleece pants are fading away, being replaced by t-shirts, tank tops and shorts as the weather really begins to shift gears from winter to spring and even in anticipation of summer. Having the right clothing for the weather and season is important in staying cool or warm depending on the situation as well as keeping yourself from being in the uncomfortable situation of having the wrong clothing at the wrong time.
The last thing you want to end up running into is having something way too warm in a hot weather situation, or ending up being too cold because you didn't wear enough layers or bundle up properly. As the days get warmer, you should think about cycling out your long sleeved shirts for t-shirts and maybe switch out heavier jeans and pants for lighter clothing like slacks and shorts. Another option is to wear clothing for average weather situations. Medical scrubs can really get the job done for when you need something that will fit multiple environments. Medical scrubs are warm enough to keep a cool breeze off, but also are light enough that you don't have to sweat it out in the sun. Medical scrubs aren't just for doctors or nurses either, they're often available in most major clothing retailers or online.
One of the keys to staying healthy and comfortable is not putting yourself in harm's way by wearing clothing too light for colder weather or too heavy for heat. Instead of fretting over what you should wear based on how the weather might change, just try to wear layers of progressively lighter clothing, then you can remove or add layers as the situation calls for it.
