Tensions are high once again on the DMZ dividing the two Korean countries. After the sinking of one vessel a few months ago, the north fired onto a civilian island, killing and causing a lot of damage.
The motivations behind the attacks have been debated, and there are probably no right or clear answers. What we do know is this- North Korea is a dangerous country, and a dangerous country with nukes.
So how should the world respond? How should America respond? And mostly, how should South Korea respond?
Will negotiations and simple shows of force be enough?
Or should more be done, which more than likely would result in thousands of deaths, including the destruction of Seoul, even if the South wins?
